MOVIE FINDS FOR FREE

Since several questions concerning free finds of some of the films we've watched in class has been queried:

At wikipedia, Cameron says he found links to download for free both "Haxen" and "Nosferatu". Note: download, not just watch!

Also check the links over to the right. I've posted several places that offer free public domain films for download.

Work hard on your papers and be ready for class and the test tomorrow!

  1. I found this a while back.
Universal Pictures is making a remake of the 1941 "The Wolfman". It will have the same title and is directed by Joe Johnston. I believe it will be released on Febuary 12th 2010.
The story line is not exactly the same.
I did noticed a huge similarity between the Lon Chaney wolfman and the Benicio del Toro wolfman. This is when you see how influencial Lon Chaney still is :)

here is a picture with both wolfmen (the Chaney version and the new one)

  3. I'd say Goo Goo, 'er GaGa or whatever will channel whatever trend is needed to keep the machine selling products. Wait until next year when that trend ends and Lady Doo Doo is here!...Then the year after that someone will channel "Surrealism"...Mr. Wha Wha, or something.....
